One of the managing directors of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Aachen, Mr. Frank Malis, Mr. Frank Leisten from the regional development agency for the technology region Aachen (AGIT) and Mr. Stephan Wollgarten, project manager from WOTAX, were amongst the speakers addressing Chinese as well as German entrepreneurs.
In his opening statement, Mr. Frank Malis gave the the Heilongjiang Delegation a warm welcome and pointed out the potential and vision for the Aachen-Heilongjiang Summit. On behalf of all accompanying corporations and officials, Mr. Yanshusen, the group leader of the delegation, addressed the audience and thanked the organizing committee. He also introduced the economic region of Heilongjiang, whereupon Frank Leisten presented the economic, educational and industrial region of Aachen, foremost the renowned RWTH University.
